Birthday Fun

On Thursday we celebrated my Dad's 60th birthday.  We headed to Lake Accotink in the morning to enjoy the beautiful spring weather.  It was also our first time using the jogging stroller I bought at a consignment sale.  The stroller worked perfectly and Kira even fell asleep in it, something she hasn't done since she was a little baby!





After our walk we went to Fuddrucker's for lunch.  We had a good meal and Kira had fun "playing" a video game with Grandpa.



After her nap, Kira helped Grandpa open his presents.  Then we decided to take her outside for a little photo shoot since she looked so cute in her party outfit!













Later that evening we went to a Japanese steakhouse for dinner.  Kira was a little unsure of the show they put on as they cooked the food in front of us, but she didn't care as soon as she was able to start eating!

    What a fun day! Yay for the jogging stroller and that Kira was able to fall asleep in it, that's great! We love our jogging stroller and I can't wait to get a double jogger :) All of the pics are so cute! and you know I love a Japanese Steakhouse, the food is SO yummy!
