Kira got her first tooth yesterday. I don't think it's all the way out yet. I was going to take a picture but didn't even try because it's very hard to even catch a glimpse of it. If I get one, I'll add it to this post.
She seems to be doing okay with it so far. She hasn't had a fever but has gone through a lot of diapers (if you catch my drift). While she is awake she is her usual happy self, but she is having a lot of trouble falling asleep which is very unusual for her. Last night she woke up crying and today she refused to take her morning nap and cried for 30 minutes before taking her afternoon nap.
that fever thing is no joke. caroline gets them for her teeth and so did owen. a little motrin knocks it right out though.

and you were just saying yesterday you were wondering when it would come, haha! i'm glad she's doing well so far, little extra fussy is def normal, poor little things, if you haven't done it already she might like munching on some frozen peas, or one of those chewy toys can go in the freezer too. it was great to see you yesterday and thank you for helping me carry the Kobester around=)!
ReplyDeleteyay for Kira's first tooth! Her symptoms sound a lot like O's experiences. tylenol or motrin all the way, baby! That stuff is made to be taken and to help teething babies (or would that be moms of teething babies?) get through the night!
