Pool Party

Last week we spent an enjoyable evening hanging by the pool with some good friends.  It was a great way to unwind from the busy week and a good way to (start to) say goodbye to summer.  For the first time, Kira wasn't too thrilled about the pool.  I'm still not sure why.  It could possibly be due to the fact that her baby float had a leak and wasn't supporting her very well.  Jeff and I didn't discover this until yesterday at the pool and the float is now on it's way to the trash can.  I guess Kira was getting too heavy and ripped one of the seams!

Here are some pictures from our rooftop pool party and as you can guess, Kira was the center of attention as the only baby hanging out with 6 adults!
