Kira and I just got back from a 3 day trip to Ocean City, MD with Grandma and Grandpa Carpenter. It was nice to get to the beach one more time since the only other time we went this year was back in May. The weather was beautiful the first day and the water was warm, windy the second day, and sunny but cooler on the third day.
Kira did pretty well on the beach but got scared when I took her towards the waves. A monster wave would have completely drenched her if it wasn't for Grandma's quick reaction. Grandpa is still recovering from his recent shoulder surgery so he wasn't able to pick Kira up as much as he would have liked to.
In addition to playing on the beach, we walked the boardwalk, ate a lot, and went to 3 outlet malls!
